Housing Choice and Opportunity

Within program restrictions, the Donna Housing Authority seeks to encourage freedom of housing choice and the geographic deconcentration of assisted housing. Its mission supports access to housing in areas beyond those where very low-income minority households are concentrated.

Affordable, Improved Living Conditions

The Authority also works to provide improved living conditions for very low-income families while keeping their rent payments at an affordable level.
